Investment objective summary

  • The Fund aims to provide investors with a reasonable and consistent level of current income while preserving capital and maintaining high liquidity. The Fund will predominantly invest in interest-bearing and non-equity securities, including liquid assets, money market instruments, bonds, debentures, debenture bonds, notes, preference shares (subject to the provisions of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act), and other income-bearing instruments permitted under the Act.
      • The Fund may invest in both listed and unlisted financial instruments and may include interest-bearing instruments and non-equity securities denominated in currencies other than the South African Rand. The Fund may also invest in units of other collective investment schemes for investment or liquidity management purposes.

      • The Fund is a highly liquid, short-term, interest-bearing fixed income portfolio designed to provide a higher level of current income than traditional money market funds while maintaining capital stability and liquidity.
      • The Fund achieves this through disciplined duration management and exposure to high-quality income-bearing instruments.
