Sangeeth Sewnath is Managing Director, Americas.  Based in New York, Sangeeth oversees institutional and advisor client engagement and drives regional strategy as Ninety One continues to expand its investment, client group and operational capabilities in the Americas.  An investment industry veteran, Sangeeth joined Ninety One in 2000 and has held senior client-facing and product development roles. Sangeeth’s focus has been exclusively on clients since 2013, most recently as head of the client team in South Africa. Before his client-facing roles, Sangeeth served as the Global Head of Product Development, working with the global investment and sales teams to develop the firm’s investment capabilities. 

Sangeeth holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Institute. He is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in UK and South Africa and completed the Harvard Business School Leadership Development program.
