Luqman is a portfolio manager responsible for South African real estate portfolios in Ninety One’s global 4Factor team. Prior to joining the firm, he was an asset manager at Eris Property Group where he was responsible for performance measurement and investment risk monitoring on a property and investment portfolio level. He held a similar role at the Public Investment Corporation. Luqman holds a Bachelor of Science Property Studies (Honours) degree from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA® charterholder. He also is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
