Introducing our 2026 cohort
In its inaugural year, the Nexus Graduate Programme has already set an exceptionally high bar, with an acceptance rate of just 0.6%. This year’s graduates are a standout cohort drawn from Science, Technology, Engineering, and Commerce disciplines.
They were selected not only for their technical aptitude, but also for their curiosity, adaptability, and drive to build meaningful solutions. They bring high EQ alongside high IQ, as well as the tolerance for ambiguity that genuine innovation demands.
The Nexus Graduates are embedded within our AI-centred team, which accelerates digital transformation across Ninety One by equipping stakeholders firmwide with the tools, solutions, and education needed to augment and accelerate their work. Within this team, they serve as the practical engine of that transformation.
As they grow, they will help build AI capability and confidence across the firm, leaving a lasting mark on how we work.
Over the 24-month programme, they will work across global teams to:
- Learn Ninety One’s technology architecture, data principles, and ways of working
- Build AI-powered solutions, component libraries, and DevOps pipelines that can be adopted across the firm
- Join cross-functional project squads, co-designing technology use cases that deliver measurable business value
- Apply a technology lens to non-technology challenges
- Foster a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing across the firm
