Introducing our 2026 cohort
In just its second year, the Investment Acceleration Programme (IAP) has quickly been established as one of the financial services industry's most competitive and sought-after talent programmes.
This year, we received more than 1 400 applications from exceptional candidates eager to build careers in investing with Ninety One.
From this highly competitive pool, six outstanding analysts have now joined the firm as the 2026 IAP cohort. They represent exceptional academic achievement and diverse professional experience – from engineering and medicine to consulting, finance and economics – united by a shared curiosity about markets and a drive to excel as investors.
Over the next two years, they will develop their investment expertise through hands-on experience across several of our investment teams.
During the programme, analysts rotate across:
- Sovereign Debt
- Emerging Market Corporate Debt
- Private Credit
- Equity teams
This exposure allows them to build a broad understanding of global markets while developing the analytical rigour and investment judgement required to become world-class investors.
