Boudewijn is responsible for Equities manager selection at Anthos Fund & Asset Management. He joined Anthos in 1995, when it was still called Brenca, and left in 2002 to become Global Equity Portfolio Manager at Robeco, a large Dutch asset manager. He returned to Anthos Fund & Asset Management in 2015.

Boudewijn has an MA in Economics from the University of Groningen and is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst.

His team takes an integrated approach to portfolio management, combining external manager selection with active top-down portfolio management decisions.

For many years, ESG has been a central pillar in his team’s investment process. This is because long before responsible and sustainable investing was at the top of every investor’s mind, he recognised it as the path to the future. His team has therefore been an early and sometimes seed investor in various sustainable strategies focusing on climate, impact and superior ESG integration.
