Leano is an analyst in Ninety One’s 4Factor global team. She is responsible for Botswana equities and fixed income.

Prior to joining the firm Leano was a Business Performance & Analytics Manager at Barclays Bank Botswana.

Leano is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and completed the CFA® Program in 2014. She is currently working towards the CFA® Charter.
