John McNab is Co-Chief Investment Officer at Ninety One and a member of the firm’s executive management. In this role he shares responsibility for the oversight of the firm’s investment activities.

John joined the firm in 1995. Over his tenure he has combined investment leadership with responsibility for the development of the firm’s investment systems, processes and risk framework, and has managed institutional and advisory portfolios across asset classes.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering (Industrial), both cum laude, from the University of Stellenbosch, and is a CFA® Charterholder.
