Amina is the Company Secretary of Ninety One plc.

Amina initially joined Ninety One in May 2018 and in July 2020 was appointed the Deputy Group Company Secretary. Amina is a qualified solicitor with over 20 years’ experience working in the public and private sector, including 6 years working for the UN and EU in Kosovo. Prior to working for Ninety One, Amina was the Company Secretary and Legal Counsel to The Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund.

Amina is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and holds a current practising certificate.
