Serita is the Technology Enablement Lead for Ninety One. Her responsibilities include ensuring the adoption and integration of Technology and AI for all employees globally, encouraging engagement across teams, upskilling and reskilling through training, and exploring the tech enabled culture shift across the firm.

Serita's previous role was as a Sales Associate at Ninety One within the South African Unit Trust Advisor team, where she provided sales support to a team of external sales managers, including responsibilities such as competitor analysis and client reporting.

Serita started in the Investment Operations team during the Graduate Programme before transitioning to the Fund Operations and Business Management team, and then transitioning into the Advisor team.

Serita holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Sociology degree, a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology degree, and a Master of Public Health specialising in Biostatistics and Epidemiology
