Thabo is the Managing Director of Ninety One South Africa (Ninety One SA). He has been with the firm since 1998. Before joining Ninety One, Thabo was a management consultant with Monitor Company (now known as Monitor Deloitte), a multinational strategy consulting firm headquartered in Boston, in the United States.

He graduated from Brown University, with a BSc in Engineering and a BA Honours in Economics.
