Samantha is a portfolio manager and sector head of industrials responsible for SA Equity & Multi-Asset strategies in Ninety One's global 4Factor team. She also co-manages the Namibia Balanced Strategy. She joined the firm as an analyst in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, she spent three years at Credit Suisse/Credit Suisse Standard Securities as lead equity analyst covering SA gold mining and chemicals, and initially as a junior equity research analyst taking lead coverage of the SA mid and small cap sector. She began her career as part of the graduate programme at J.P. Morgan Chase as a junior equity research analyst covering Oil & Gas and Healthcare sectors. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand.
