Annika has recently become the Sales Director for Netherlands Client Group, working closely with European and UK commercial teams to grow Ninety One’s business on the continent. She is responsible for developing new institutional relationships for the Dutch market. She is focussed on delivering solutions for existing and prospective clients, helping to align our business with their long term goals and investment requirements.
Annika started her career at Ninety One as an analyst within Ninety One’s Sustainability team. Her focus was on climate transition within and beyond Ninety One’s portfolio; including advocacy initiatives, supporting the development of a Transition Plan Assessment framework for the investment teams, and supporting our clients on their own climate journeys. Annika joined Ninety One from SYSTEMIQ, a consultancy that specializes in advising companies, industries and governments on sustainable systems change. Her last role was providing global energy and transition finance advice to key policy makers and practitioners engaged in South Africa’s Just Energy Transition. Annika has a Master’s degree in Engineering for Sustainable Development from Cambridge University.
