MiFID II

Rules revising the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (2014/65/EU) ('MIFID') and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (600/2014) are commonly referred to as MiFID II. These rules came into effect on 3 January 2018 and aim to reinforce and add to existing structural, transparency and investor protection rules.
