Alphonse is Head of Investments of the Botswana business and a member of the 4Factor team at Ninety One. He leads the Botswana investment team and is the co-portfolio manager for the Botswana equity, fixed income, and balanced investment strategies. Alphonse joins the firm from Kgori Capital, where he was a co-founder, managing director and chief investment officer. Prior to joining Kgori Capital, Alphonse was as an investment analyst and portfolio manager at Ninety One between 2006 and 2012. Alphonse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems from Temple University, USA and is a CFA® Charterholder.
